The Advance GL285T tire is a heavy duty 12-ply trailer tire for all types of trailers needing extra load carrying capacity. It has a steel cap ply and radial construction. The hard tread rubber is moulded into a 5-rib tread pattern proven to resist wear due to over-loading and high scrub rates from heavy equipment trailers being backed up and turning at sharp angles. For example, the LT285/80R16 LRG can carry 3,970 lbs per tire at maximum inflation of 105 PSI.
