Pirelli Cinturato P7 OVERVIEW The Pirelli Cinturato P7 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire’s special hybrid tire compound and tread pattern improve the summer weather traction and dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The tread design’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in deeper water by dispersing water from below the tire footprint. This model is not meant to be used in winter weather, as the compound does not maintain its traction in colder temperatures. The tread design’s robust shoulder and compact central tread blocks improve the steering responsiveness and driving stability, as well as the cornering ability. The tire’s constant road contact provides a stabilized tire shape and a quick and precise steering responsiveness to the driver’s commands. The additional biting edges of the tread area also enhance the cornering and maneuvering ability and power, making the tire easy and safe to control. The optimized pitch variation tread design offers a quiet and enjoyable drive. It negates the road noise generated while the tires are in motion by creating a sound frequency that cancels out the noise. The result is a quiet and comfortable drive. The Cinturato P7’s hybrid tread compound offers a longer tread life.
