The Kelly Winter Access is a touring, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire offers excellent winter weather traction. The model uses its detailed directional pattern and winter compound to increase the cold temperature dry, wet and winter weather performance. The directional patterns high-density siping design increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while the tires are in motion.
