Coolguard is a powerful, high performance 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that uses Thermaflex technology to significantly reduce interior temperatures. The Thermaflex formula contains tiny insulating micro-spheres that dramatically increase in size as the temperature of the sealer rises, which prevents heat from being absorbed by the surface. This single-component acrylic urethane product reflects UV rays to reduce heat and provides a single monolithic layer that waterproofs and insulates the surface. It applies and dries ultra-white.
For commercial, residential and mobile home roofs. Reduces interior temperature up to 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Provides waterproof seal. Covers 50-100 square feet per gallon per coat. Two coats recommended. May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer. Dries to touch in one hour Ready to recoat in 24 hours.
