OVERVIEW

The Lionhart Lionclaw HT is a highway terrain all weather tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. This model comes in touring passenger vehicle sizes as well.

The tire ensures an extended tread life and tire usability. The optimized ribbed tread pattern keeps the tire’s road contact at all times, which allows the tire to evenly spread out the driving pressure along the entire tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking actively resist the formation of irregular tread wear. The longer lasting even tread wear extends the tire’s usability, making the model more cost efficient.

The model’s constant road contact improves its controllability. The ribbed tread design enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability with the better road contact. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its responsiveness to the driver’s instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The structure does not deform under the driving pressure affecting the model during the drive. The shoulder tread blocks upgrade the cornering and maneuvering ability. They increase the number of biting edges that firmly grip the road surface when maneuvering, guaranteeing a safer performance.

The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The optimized ribbed tread pattern and the all weather tire compound work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound keeps its flexibility even in colder temperatures, while the tread elements maintain a firm grip on the road surface throughout the year. The tread’s wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from the footprint when driving through standing water. The better hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction ensure a secure driving experience.

The Lionclaw HT offers a quiet on-road performance. The closed shoulder tread design prevents airwaves from entering the tire’s footprint and coming into contact with the tread elements. In this manner, the road and tread pattern noise is not generated while the tires are in motion and it is not heard in the vehicle’s cabin, providing a quiet and comfortable drive.

All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.
