The spool is made of anodized aluminum and uses a titanium roller to prevent line twist. The Pflueger spinning reel also has an aluminum handle with a soft touch knob for a comfortable grip while you bring in your line. A threaded main gear prevents play in the handle. The oiled felt washer and multi-disc system create smooth and consistent drag. This aluminum spinning reel is also convertible to work for left and right handed users.
