And when you can’t wear a watch, you can record your activity on the heart rate monitor and sync data, including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more, directly to the Garmin Connect™ smartphone app. After pushing hard, easily remove the module and throw the strap in the wash. HRM 600 has up to 2 months of battery life with a rechargeable battery.
