5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Crowdfused reserves the right to review, hold, decline, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, resale abuse, or other suspicious activity.

  • We may perform fraud screening checks, including billing/shipping verification and payment risk analysis.

  • Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value transactions, bulk purchases, or orders flagged by our payment or fraud-prevention systems.

  • If requested verification is not provided within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (if payment was captured).
