Because we sell a wide variety of products (similar to large multi-category retailers), shipping methods and delivery times may vary by item, warehouse location, and destination. We offer free shipping on most orders within the USA, unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the USA. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, carrier limitations, or local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified at checkout.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for most packages. Actual delivery time may vary based on the item category, stock availability, carrier performance, weather, and destination.
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse or fulfillment partner.
- Transit time: 5–7 business days, Monday to Friday. Transit time depends on the carrier service selected, your location, and the product type (standard, oversized, freight, etc.).
- Estimated delivery time: Our estimated delivery time is typically 6-9 business days, but please note that actual delivery times may vary based on item category, stock availability, carrier performance, and your location. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Notes for multi-item orders:
- If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages at different times.
- Some items may require additional processing time (e.g., bulky items, special handling, or items shipped directly from a brand/partner).
Carrier Services
We partner with reliable carriers for deliveries within the USA, such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx. Carrier selection depends on package size/weight, destination, and the service level available for each item. Oversized items may ship via specialized carriers or freight services where applicable.

- Free Shipping: Most orders shipped within the USA qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement, unless the product page or checkout indicates otherwise (e.g., oversized items, freight delivery, remote areas).
