Because we sell a wide variety of products (similar to large multi-category retailers), shipping methods and delivery times may vary by item, warehouse location, and destination. We offer free shipping on most orders within the USA, unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the USA.
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size/weight, carrier limits, or local regulations. If we can’t ship an item to your address, you’ll see it at checkout (no surprises).
Delivery Times
Here’s what to expect for most orders. We’ll do our best to get it moving fast.
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Order after that? No worries – your order starts processing the next business day. - Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
This is the time it takes to confirm, pack, and hand it off to the carrier – often from the closest available warehouse. - Transit time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit depends on the carrier route and the item type (standard vs. oversized/freight). - Estimated delivery time: Usually 6–9 business days.
Some items can take longer (bulky items, special handling, or items shipped directly from a brand/partner). We appreciate your patience – we’ll keep you updated.
Notes for multi-item orders:
- Buying more than one item? They may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.
- Some items need extra time due to size or special handling.
Carrier Services
We ship with trusted carriers in the U.S., including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Which one you get depends on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
Oversized items may ship with specialized carriers or freight when needed.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Most U.S. orders qualify for free shipping (no minimum), unless the product page or checkout says otherwise (examples: oversized items, freight delivery, remote areas).
- Paid Shipping (if applicable): If shipping isn’t free for your item or address, the exact cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.
