The Continental SportContact 6 is an Ultra High Performance Summer Tire that is manufactured for high-performance vehicles as an original equipment tire incorporarting Continental’s latest technologies for extremely responsive handling, high speed stability and superb grip at the limit. The rubber is made of Continetnal’s special “Black Chili” compound that uses racing grade carbon black to interact with the texture of the road for the most contact, while quickly reaching the the best temperature for operation. The tire features an aymmetric tread pattern with a durable outboard shoulder and a close-spaced middle rib that provides lateral stability during cornering, along with a continuous center rib that makes even more contact with the road for better road feel.
