OVERVIEW

The TBC Custom 428 A/S is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire boosts the all weather performance. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the all season tire compound work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound boosts the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, keeping the tire pliable in warm summer and cold winter conditions. The symmetric ribbed tread design with the siping detail enhances the number of biting edges gripping the road surface, which improves the year round performing ability. The tread design’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint, further improving the wet and winter traction.

The model improves the controllability in different temperatures. The tread design’s ribbed pattern enhances the surface contact throughout the model’s performance, which increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The tread’s shoulder block placement upgrades the cornering capability with additional biting edges which enhance the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The optimized siping detail and the lateral groove placement generate friction at the moment of braking between the tire and the road surface to decrease the braking distance. This combination ensures the driver’s full control over the vehicle, while enabling the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle.

The Custom 428 A/S guarantees high driving comfort levels. The symmetric ribbed pattern enables the tire’s close surface contact throughout its performance.
