The remote control is malfunctioning?
Hello! Dear customers, our 2-in-1 automatic card dealer with remote control is a high-end new product. If you encounter issues such as the remote control not working during use, please don’t assume the machine is faulty. It may not necessarily be a problem with the machine itself, but rather with the settings. The wireless remote control mode is suitable for up to 4 players. However, when playing with more than 4 players, the system may fail to recognize all players, causing one remote control to randomly deal cards. If you wish to use the remote control with more than 4 players, simply set the card dealer to ‘counter-clockwise’ dealing mode to resolve the issue.

Can it play Texas Hold’em?
Can the number of players and the cards on the table be set, but manual control is needed for cutting the deck.

How many players can play at most?
Suitable for 1-8 players.

Will the automatic shuffling be noisy?
Featuring a double-row wheel design, it reduces most of the noise generated during shuffling.
