The CAP Barbell 110 lb Olympic weight set is geared to help you develop upper body strength. This weight set includes a 7′ Olympic-style bar (3-piece assembly) and two of each 5, 10, and 25 lb cast iron Olympic grip plates. The weights can be easily added to the ends of the bar or removed in any combination as needed to suit your fitness level. With a 300 lb bar weight limit, you can add more weight as you begin to develop strength (all Olympic/2-in plates will fit).
