- Instructions: COMFYBUMPY BED RAIL ASSEMBLY: Step 1: Open Main Frame and lock in with Long Bolt and Nut. Step 2: Lock in Supporting Foot to Main Frame. Step 3: Connect Elbow Pipe. Step 4: Put Elbow Pipe through Mesh Cover. Step 5: Connect Elbow Pipe to Main Frame. Step 6: Connect Push Pipe to Straight Pipe. Step 7: Feed Straight Pipe though bottom of Mesh Cover Step 8: Connect Push Pipe to thicker knob. Step 9: Attach Velcro straps to Mesh Cover. SECURING YOUR BED RAIL USING SUPPORTING STRAPS: Step 1: Attach Velcro straps on Mesh Cover. Step 2: Insert Bed Rail and pull through Supporting Straps Step 3: Tighten Supporting Straps and press in button SECURING YOUR BED RAIL WITH VELCO STRAP: 1. Wrap Velcro Straps around slats and Main Frame or another part of frame if possible. 2. Ensure they are tight and secure SECURING YOUR BED RAIL WITH WOOD BASE: 1. Find correct positioning to secure your bed rail where mattress is flush with Main Frame. 2. Fit the Washer Shims in the Small Screws 3. Drill Small Screw through holes in Main Frame and into wood base. 4. Do the same with the other 3 Small Screws and Washer Shims. PULLING DOWN BED RAIL: 1. Pull up on both sides of Main Frame Mechanism directly under the Mesh Cover. BED RAIL INSTRUCTIONS: • If there is any defective, damaged or missing components, do not use. • The bed guard should not be used unless the fixings are in place and securely attached. • Once fitted in bed, please check to ensure that it is properly fitted between the mattress and the bed board and secure supporting feet is located under the mattress. • Do not put something hard, ropes, curtains etc. or anything in bed or hanging on the bedrail which may cause suffocation. • The folding function can only be used when bed board is higher than 26cm from the floor. • This bed guard is suitable for baby from 24 months to 5 years old; it is used only when the child is able to climb in and out of bed unaided. • The bed guard should not be used as a substitute for a cot, as it can’t provide the same level of safety as a cot. • Not suitable for mattress height below 15 cm. Suitable for mattress height from 15cm – 20cm, length from 150cm to 230cm. • Fit the bed guard so that its side, when in the locked position or when placed in the fitted position, touches the side of the mattress • Once fitted in place, the bed guard should be checked to ensure that it is properly fitted and secure. • Any additional or replacement parts should be obtained only from the manufacturer. • The bed guard should not be used on a sleeping surface that is more than 600mm from the floor. • This bed guard is not suitable for bunk bed, water bed, air cushion beds and baby cots. • This bed guard is for protection only, can’t replace adult’s monitor.
