OVERVIEW

The Landsail LS388 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some touring and highway sizes as well. Landsail offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with it.

The tire promotes excellent summer weather traction. The summer tire compound and the optimized tread pattern manage to increase the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The four wide circumferential grooves and the numerous lateral grooves work together to evacuate water from below the tire’s footprint to prevent hydroplaning when driving in wet weather. This combination ensures a safer driving experience in summer season.

The model is easily controlled. The solid center rib maintains constant road contact in all weather. It closely follows the road surface, which increases the driving stability and steering responsiveness. The tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it, while the steering becomes quick and precise in its response to the driver’s instructions. The tread design’s shoulder tread block pattern enhances the cornering ability. It increases the number of biting edges that firmly grip the road surface in such situations and ensure a safer cornering and maneuvering ability.

The special tire compound ensures a fuel efficient drive. The compound decreases the rolling resistance by lowering the overall tire weight and shifting the driving pressure off the model. The rolling resistance is the external force affecting the tire which determines how easily the tire’s roll and how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire’s motion. The reduced rolling resistance lessens the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions significantly. This makes the tire more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly.

The LS388 features an optimized tread pitch variation that improves the comfort levels. This negates the road and tread pattern noise generated while the tires are in motion. The pitch variation generates a sound frequency that cancels the road noise out the moment it is created and ensures a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
