OVERVIEW
The Lexani LX-TWENTY is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Lexani offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The asymmetric directional tread pattern with the dual zone function increases the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The outer tread area sports more lateral grooves to enhance the wet and winter weather traction, while the inner tread area is smoother for an improved dry weather performance. The four circumferential grooves and numerous lateral grooves disperse water from beneath the footprint to avoid hydroplaning situations.
The model promotes remarkable controllability. The tread design’s three center ribs maintain constant road contact which enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response to the driver’s commands is quick and precise, while the tire’s shape is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The shoulder tread blocks increase the cornering and maneuvering ability with the additional biting edges. The braking ability is also enhanced thanks to the wet tread zone’s numerous smaller lateral grooves. The better handling, cornering and braking ensure a safer driving experience.
The LX-TWENTY’s internal structure is strengthened. Thanks to this reinforcement the tire’s high speed performance and tread life are improved as well. The stronger structure does not deform under the high speed pressure and the tire’s maintained optimal shape allows it to perform to its highest capability. As the tire does not deform under the driving pressure, irregular tread wear is prevented. The asymmetric tread design equally distributes the driving pressure across the tread area, avoiding uneven wear formation on the tire’s surface, lengthening the tread life and tire usability.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
