Cylinders comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) specifications 4BA and 4BW and Transport Canada (TC) specifications 4BAM and 4BWM. HANDLE-EZ collar design features built-in, formed handle with no sharp edges for easy installation. Powder coat paint for maximum rust protection.
