Held together with industrial-sized M18 bolts, this overbuilt mount can handle punching bags or other ceiling fixtures up to 250lb. During initial setup, users can easily customize the mount to fit their specific beam by removing the included spacers. This flexibility allows the mount to be rapidly modified to fit almost any structural beam.
