Directions
- Instructions: 1. Open Can. Remove and discard oxygen absorber. 2. Carefully add 14 cups (112 fl oz, 3.3L) of boiling water to contents of can. 3. Stir Carefully and cover. 4. Wait 5 minutes, stir again and reseal. 5. Let stand an additional 4 minutes. 6. Drain excess water, stir and serve. CAUTION: container will be hot.
- Safe Handling Instructions: Do not open until ready to use. It is necessary to store Mountain House products properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store the product in a cool area, avoid long,term storage above 75°F, and be careful to not puncture the can. Under these conditions, Mountain House meals will maintain their shelf life for product quality, flavor, and nutritional value. Once open, contents should be used immediately. However, product resealed using the included plastic lid has been found to be acceptable up to one week after opening.
