OVERVIEW

The Evoluxx Capricorn 4X4 HP is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some touring sizes as well. Evoluxx offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty.

The tread design’s ribbed pattern manages to promote a comfortable drive. The ribbed design allows the tire to closely follow the road surface throughout the tire’s performance. In this manner, the tire allows the tire to absorb the shock of driving in order to reduce the road vibration levels felt in the vehicle’s cabin. The siping placement along the tread area features a variable phase shift pattern reduces the road noise heard during the drive. While the tires are in motion, the tire generates a sound-cancelling frequency which negates the road and tread pattern noise heard by the passengers. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

The model ensures the driver’s full control over the vehicle throughout its high speed performance. The continuous center rib of the tread pattern boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The Capricorn 4X4 HP increase the all weather traction as well. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the siping placement work together with the all season compound to improve the grip on dry, wet and winter weather conditions. The siping placement upgrades the number of biting edges gripping the road surface during its performance, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The circumferential grooves and the open shoulder block placement disperse water and slush from below the footprint. In this manner, the tire further improves the wet weather traction, while preventing hydroplaning.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
