OVERVIEW

The Starfire Solarus HT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Starfire offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty.

The tire upgrades the all weather performance. The detailed tread design and the all season compound improve the dry, wet and winter traction throughout the drive. The high-density siping placement along the tread area increases the grip on the road surface, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in different temperatures. The tire’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This ensures a safer year round driving safety.

The model utilizes the tread design and the durable compound to improve the tread life. The symmetric ribbed tread design enables the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids irregular wear formations across the tread area. The stronger compound keeps the rubber flexibility reduces the tread wear rate. In this manner, the tire manages to greatly increase the usability and service life.

The tread design upgrades the controllability. The symmetric ribbed tread design enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The airflow is narrowed which channels the airwaves through the footprint, without allowing their contact with the tread elements. In this manner, the tire does not allow the formation of soundwaves, which greatly reduces the road and tread pattern noise heard by the passengers. As a result, the tire ensures a quiet and enjoyable driving experience.
