The ultraviolet light attracts mosquitoes during all hours of the day and night. It interacts with the AeroTrap’s titanium dioxide coating to create a photocatalytic reaction that results in the release of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide attracts mosquitoes and other insects to the ever-running, near-silent vacuum. AeroTrap uses vacuum action to collect pests and hold them in the removable retention cage.
