The nylon straps harness your body weight, allowing you to do a variety of suspension exercises and allows you to control the weight/resistance based on body weight positioning. Attach the Valor Fitness Straps in seconds to equipment or other secure devices to be able to perform various exercises with no assembly required. Includes 2 straps, extension, and carry bag.

Includes extension strap with 14 adjustment lengths to attach to hook brackets, pull-up bars, or door mounts.
